Business Meeting

The annual business meeting is held on Friday evening after the meal. We follow parliamentarian procedure to ensure the meeting runs smoothly and professionally. The meeting is a time to bring new ideas, voice concerns and recognitions, address financial matters, take the donations (pass the hat) and install new officers. At the close of the meeting we honor our relatives who have recently passed away by holding a brief memorial service. Then, we sing our final hymn, “God Be with You Till We Meet Again.”
